Bay of Illaria (Ill-lar-e-uh)
The Bay of Illaria is a smallish bay situated between the islands Sildra and Tor in the very northwest of the world. It's known for its very calm surface and deep depths. It is also known for its very rich fishing and whaling. The bay is quite busy traffic wise with ships due to its proximity to the major ports of the Kingdom of Sildra-Tor especially in comparison to its size.
History
The bay is thought by most scholars and historians to have been created somewhere amidst the middle of the rest of the great bodies of water of the world by the goddess Alari although, exactly when it was created is still up for debate. Due to its proximity to the islands of Sildra and Tor the bay has been thouroughly explored, fished and mapped by the peoples that live on the islands.
