Guild notice—Cultural Sensitivity Reminder

In light of the recent scandalous events that have occured in the rune guild in Esteille, our Lady Director has decided that all of our members are overdue a cultural sensitivity reminder regarding terror birds.

What

3m-tall evil blue bird!
Extremely dangerous carnivorous living in big flocks
Aggravating booming call from beak clacking
A symbol of evil

Neck

Sharp & heavy beak + powerful neck:
Kill prey with a single violent hit
Neck in 3 sections:
Higher flexibility & power + Can appear taller for intimidation

Legs

Powerful legs:
To kick preys violently
First toe:
"Sickle claw" to maul prey
Kept above the ground while they run
Running speed:
50 km/h

Terror birds

Where

Previously all over the plains of the continent
So dangerous that all countries united to drive them to extinction
A few birds bred to be tamer left in captivity

Symbol

So evil that they came to symbolise Dark Lords & are on their coat of arms
Some dark lords tried to have one as a mount
Obviously did not end well for them...

Impact

Beloved by all of Dark Society who find it "majestic"
Proof of how crazy they are
Just like the birds are extinct, Dark Lords will soon also become so!

Conclusion: It should be obvious to all that terror birds are an extremely unsavoury symbol that has no place in polite society and even less so on the wall of our headquarters! A lark will be no excuse for anyone found desecrating the building in such a way, and no amount of noble blood and royal contacts will be able to protect you from getting thrown away from the guild. After which, His Majesty will undoubtedly wish to meet with you personally...
