Annesley Curios and Antiques - 261 W Main S

Run by George Annesley, younger brother of Edwin Annesley, the bookseller. Although brothers and both members of the New Jerusalem Historical Society and the Rotary Club, they have not spoken to each other since disputing a division of property in their father's will. Annesley's store collection includes several fine antiques.   George, who lives above the shop, is a very serious expert on most antiques, and has quite an eye for dating and appraising Colonial furniture. He also guards a horrible artifact in the basement of the store. In a dark corner there sits a nondescript urn holding nothing but ashes.   These ashes are the former physical form of Drexel Link. The Annesley's grandfather slew the beast and placed its ashes in the urn. Not daring to spread the remains or bury the item whole anywhere, the family has guarded it for three generations now. Should the top ever be removed and even a single drop of blood come in contact with the ash, the corporeal reformation of Drexel Link will begin.
