New Jerusalem Dairy - 559 W River Street
It's provided New Jerusalem with safe, fresh dairy products for some 70 years. A dozen delivery men hit the streets at 4:30 A.M. Milkmen can be handy witnesses to strange goings-on around town.
Francis “Frank” Spencer is a delivery man working for the New Jerusalem Dairy delivering dairy products around the town. His early morning travels, like those of other delivery men, means that Frank sometimes witnesses activities ranging from the strange to the illegal. However, Frank keeps his mouth shut about such things, with one main exception. Frank provides information to the O’Bannion mob on matters that might be of interest to them or matters that are odd that they might like to be kept informed on in exchange for a regular payment.
