The Radio & Television Center - 205 1/2 W Main St

Owned by Daniel O’Bannon, 34. He sells radios, phonographs, some records, and most importantly televisions and television accessories such as antennas. Dan has started to slowly expand his merchandise and currently has a few state of the art vacuum cleaners and even a dishwasher here. In the back room he repairs and services radios and televisions. The shop not only delivers but also helps install. Dan owns a large short-wave radio and transmitter. He's an enthusiastic electronics hobbyist who never stops learning.   O’Bannon is originally from Blaine's Port, the son of a lobsterman. He served in the Marines during WWII in the South Pacific. He has a strong dislike of Danny O'Bannion, and it irks him that many Jerusalemites can not hear the difference in their names. He has made it well known that O'Bannion and his thugs are not welcome in his shop and can "Go to Boston if he wants a TV".   Dan lives in the Goodwill House on Derby Street, along with his wife, daughter, and mother-in-law. He and his wife Abigail have been working on bringing the old house up to code and making it comfortable and opulent.   He has just recently hired George Henderson, a fellow Marine, New Jerusalem native, and engineering graduate of the University of Michigan. George is the son of Pops Henderson and has just moved back to New Jerusalem with his wife and three daughters to help out his widowed father.   Together Dan and George are going to take on the world and in short time will have a large store that will give Gleason's a run for their money.
