Hubbard Grade School - 622 W Church Street
Grades 1-8 meet here from the first Monday in September to the last Friday in May.
Walter Bixby: Walter works primarily as the janitor, but also as the general handyman, at the Hubbard Grade School. Despite, or perhaps because of this, he absolutely hates children; it may be from having to clean up after them for years. The children know him to be grumpy at the absolute best, and they also occasionally do things just to spite Walter, though most are careful to make sure they won’t get caught. This isn’t improving Walter’s attitude toward the children in the school, and there’s a possibility that should he find a way of taking his feelings out on them that he will.
