Anyone seen a Neolithid around here?
Shortly after we started through the city we heard loud noises off to the east. We decided to investigate. We soon found the source of the noise. A very large Aberrant Iruxi, crackling with lightning, was laying about with a very large 2-handed sword. It was destroying buildings, but upon seeing us it turned to attack! However, before we could close with it a different Aberrant creature stepped around the corner. It advanced & spewed larvae onto everyone. Sir Arathur was able to identify this as an Isqulug. He also knew this creature was weak to cold, resistant to fire & it's larvae vomit could cause a disease called Isqulugia. This disease could progress over a few days before finally killing the host. The large Iruxi then cast a chain lightning at the group, dropping Taleih. The fight went back and forth quite a bit from there, but we managed to come out victorious. We rested the rest of the day, with those who were diseased managing to fight it off.
The next morning we continued on. Heading further south we were suddenly attacked by the Neolithid and a Giant Squid type creature. The Squid seemed very out of place gimping along on dry land... However, the Neolithid flew in and breathed on us all before we could react, dropping Taleih and damaging everyone else but Stirling, who nimbly stepped aside. The fight went down hill from there. Soon we were running, or rather flying, for our lives, Stirling in Dragon form having scooped up who he could to escape. Taleih and Dold ended up in the Neolithid's belly, where we could not retrieve them...
