To destroy a skeletal Army!

Having decided we would take on this group of skeletons, Stirling cast Invisibility, turned into a Dragon (not that we could tell) & started in on the skeletal Army! The rest of us approached at a slower pace, enjoying the show & preparing as we went. After about a minute we saw a Dragon appear flying towards us from the direction of the Skeletons. We started to panic before recognizing Stirling in his Dragon form. He landed/crashed down beside us, smoking from the flaming rocks the flaming Giant Iruxi Skeleton had been throwing at him! The army continued on toward us, with Stirling reverting to his Kobold form as we moved forward to engage the remaining Skeletons. Stirling had made a significant dent though! As the army closed with us the last of the smaller skeletons were quickly destroyed by a Heal spell from Krolmnite. However, the larger skeletons, consisting of 2 Triceratops, a T-Rex and a Giant Flaming Iruxi, lasted much longer. Eventually we managed to defeat them, but it was tense at times with them trampling back and forth over us.
We rested to heal up for a bit, before taking the heads of the Giant and the T-Rex back to the nearby village to show them we had defeated the skeletal army. We were somewhat surprised to find they were not happy to find we had done this. They explained that the Necromancer from the crypts to the west would be displeased and would come for them. We said we would go kill the Necromancer. They explained the enemy has skeletal dragons & worse.
We told them to head to Henzporat for safety. We chose to escort them. Later that same day we were attacked by an Undead Dragon that seemed focused on killing the villagers. It killed slightly over half of them before we could kill it. We collected the villagers and found a place to camp for the night. The night passed uneventfully & 2 days later we made it to Henzporat with the remaining 12 villagers. Mayor Rezess came out to meet us, asking what had happened. We explained about what we had found, that being the villagers, the army of skeletons & being attacked by an Undead Dragon. We also told we had learned a bit about a Necromancer west of the village.
