Kelburr
The Dutchy of Kelburr forms the eastern region of the Empire of Kyrnia. It is a harsher land then many of the provinces to the west, and it suffered greatly during the Great Fallen Incursion, decimating much of the population, which even to this day has not bounced back. Some say the land itself is still cursed from the footfalls of the Fallen Hordes that swept though the lands.
