Dawmonia

While large in land, the County of Dawmonia is small in population and has limited resources. Originally settled as a March for the Elves against the Dwarven Kingdom of Kelburr, since Kelburr has joined the Empire of Kyrnia, Dawmonia's role as a March has fallen away.
The land here is hilly, and possibly has some mining resources, but the elves who still live here do not think much of mining as an occupation.  Some small mining operations have been established with the help of of Dwarves and Gnomes who have moved into the County for that purpose.
The four main settlements in Dawmonia still have the fortifications reflecting their past purpose, but even those have slowly been decaying as the funds and need for them has diminished.
