Plateau de Dreger

A landmass between the Meneziou Are and the Ar Mor Breizh, largely containing the County of Dreger

Geography

The Plateau of Dreger is a landmass located along the Northern Coast of the Armorican Peninsula between the Mor Breizh in the North and the Meneziou Are in the South. It extends from the Queffleuth River at Montroulez Bay in the West to the Renk River at Pleg-Mor Menez-Mikael in the East.   Severeal small rivers cross the plateau, flowing from the hilly South to the narrow sea in the North. These rivers are, from West to East, the Queffleuth, the Dourdu (Blackwater), the Douron, the Hen, the Roscoat, the Kerdu, the Leger, the Yeodi, the Trev, the Lenv, the Goued, the Froudveur and the Renk. The Queffleuth and the Renk mark the borders of the County with Leon and Roazhon, and each bank is controlled by the respective county. These rivers drain into the coastal marshland that define this region's Ar Mor. Where there are not marshes the coastline is defined by a moorland along high cliffs, such as the breathtaking Kab Frehel
