If Kulug has taken damage during combat, he can use a bonus action on his turn to restore 8 1d10+3 hit points. He has to have a long rest to use this again.   Action Surge. He can take one additional action per turn.   Duellist. When using a single melee weapon, and carrying nothing more than a single weapon in one hand Kulug gets a +2 bonus to damage with that weapon.
