These rivers not only provide vital water resources but also serve as crucial trade routes for the communities that thrive along their banks. Diverse habitats emerge across the landscape, from open grasslands in the lower elevations to thick woodlands of Fir, Oak, and other hardy trees that dominate the higher slopes. The Northern Marches also hosts the fortress of Northwatch.Flora

The people of the Northern Marches are resilient and resourceful, shaped by the rugged terrain and the challenges that come with living in such a wild landscape. The largest settlement in the region is the large port of Lemnand on the western coast. The region is home to the ports of Lemnand and Eastharbour, as well as the inland town of Enton Tarls. Other towns, like Enton Lantha, thrive due to their skilled archers and host the annual Eagle-eye Tourney, which celebrates local talent and community spirit. The small town of Harlhaven is renowned for its livestock farming, hosting the lively Harlhaven Livestock Fair each year, where farmers gather to showcase their best animals.
