Dirash Hills

The Dirash Hills rise modestly along the western coast of the region of Gilrim, offering a scenic landscape of rocky outcrops and rolling elevations. This small range of hills is characterized by its rugged terrain, where steep slopes give way to narrow canyons and hidden glades. The hills are covered in patches of scrubby vegetation, including resilient grasses and hardy shrubs, with the occasional grove of Fir and Cedar trees dotting the landscape. Along the shadier slopes, patches of Hagleaf, known for the fern’s pain-relief properties, thrive.   The area is known for its diverse wildlife, with Hares and Wildcats often spotted darting through the underbrush. The hills serve as a habitat for Vorinds, which are known to roam the more secluded areas, hunting for small game.   The Dirash Hills are also home to the small town of Eldirash, which sits at their eastern edge. This town benefits from the crystal-clear spring water that flows down from the hills, reputed for its healing properties. Eldirash serves as a gathering place for local hunters and herbalists who seek the region's natural resources.
