Planck-Dismantlement Beam

Very similar in function to a Matter Manipulator except far cheaper as it doesn't require Hypermatter to work but also cannot build. They are able to teleport atoms of the target using a Teleporter into a chamber within the turret and annihilate them with antimatter and obtain usable energy.
These are the bread and butter of energy acquisition of the Hyperion Federation. Just fire it at asteroids, trash, an entire planet or any matter and all and the weapon itself will convert the target into energy, given time. It will take a very long time to dismantle a planet.
There is a more compact version of this technology known as a planck-dismantlement chamber. The chamber variant is usually used to power cities by taking any trash that city produces. If there is insufficient energy, they can also very easily mine the ground.
