Kogzar
Kogzar is built within and around a large fortress at the source of the Blackbeck River, and is known for having hordes of beggars in the outer city. There is heavy tension between the races due to the fact that the current city leader, Highlord Bazir, overthrew the previous leader in a violent overtaking. Now, the former population of the city, mostly shifter folk, live in the surrounding slums while the goblinoids and aasimar conquerors live within.
