Zanka is the capitol city of Martial. Located at the southern end of the Clockwork Bay, the city is one of the largest in the world.
Home to over 35,000 citizens, with thousands more visiting as tourists year-round, it's the most populated location in the world aside from the Sandstone Tower in Kubrajad.

Zanka is the most technologically advanced city in the entire world. Listed below are a few examples of this.
- Warforged - The Warforged race is one entirely made up of construct humanoids with distinct individual personalities, ideologies, and customs.
- Airships - Airships have been created that use a relatively small amount of fuel to run. What fuel they do use is mostly hydrogen extracted from water vapor.
- Firearms - Over the past few centuries, people in Zanka have experimented with gunpowder based weapons, moving quickly from large cannons to small hand-held pistols and a wide variety of weapons in between.
- Mech Suits - In the past few decades, scientists at Klinker University have developed mechanical suits which act as an armored exoskeleton for the user, allowing a single individual to greatly increase their strength and durability while also granting access to a variety of inset tools such as gauntlets which blast out thunderous waves of sonic energy, or which create a small field that dampens sound around the suit.
- Fabrials - have also been created which can mimic a wide variety of items which are normally crafted with magic, but instead use complex schematics or rare materials in unusual ways.
