Keep of Kogzar
This large keep is the former home of Highlord Bazir, as well as the main location in which his governmental council met.
After his death at the hands of members of The Unwise Sextet and the Guardians of Gold late in 1204, the ownership was passed to the former ruler of the city, Highlady Haze, who then passed it onto the ownership of the burgeoning Kogzar City Council to use as their governmental seat.
Architecture
The largest and most ornate structure in Kogzar, the keep has been heavily modified since the overtaking of the Bazir rule.
