Temple of Zagnaraz - Battlegamau Pier
The Temple of Zagnaraz in Battlegamau Pier is a large oval amphitheater found in the Upper Ward of the city near the coast and the city keep. The building has seating enough for around 3,000 people, or nearly a quarter of the city's average population, as well as four large private boxes for the more wealthy guests.
Architecture
The arena is primarily split into the following levels
- Basement: sturdy cages for beasts and locker rooms for fighters are found here.
- Ground Level: the fighting grounds, as well as stair access to the attendant tiers.
- 1st tier: public seating benches for around 2,500
- 2nd tier: private seating for around 500 paying individuals
- 3rd tier: 4 private boxes found at the north, south, west, and east end of the arena's highest level which provide the clearest view of the arena floor.
