About the Authors
In the frozen north called Norway, Annie and Sky live with two fluffy distractions. Apollo and Luna like treats, sunbeams and boxes.
Kitten's Favourite Article
Annie Stein is the main writer and illustrator of Solaris and enjoys writing and drawing gay stuff. She likes fashion, philosophical debates about art (it's a verb, and creation is a conversation!) and Sailor Moon.
Annie's Favourite Article
skairunner provides snacks, technical expertise as a programmer and nerd, and writes the occasional article about spacecrafts. She's a big fan of The Craft Sequence by Max Gladstone, the Culture series by Iain M. Banks, and the mod Blue Planet: War in Heaven.

About World Anvil
World Anvil is a platform for creating and sharing worldbuilding. The core feature is the encyclopedia or private wiki for your setting, but World Anvil also has excellent tools for hosting and labelling maps, creating timelines and much more.
Tips & Tricks
Text with a bold underline are tooltips. If you hover your mouse over the text, you'll see a small box appear with extra information. On mobile press and hold the underlined text.
If you are on mobile, click the button labelled to open the quick navigation menu. Here you will find the World Codex, and several handy links.
World Anvil Events
World Anvil hosts several events each year, as well as the occasional monthly themed challenge. The biggest events are Summer Camp and Worldember.
During Summer Camp, World Anvil releases 31 prompts in smaller batches. Creators are given badges based on how many prompts they complete.
During Worldember, creators are free to write whatever their heart desires. The goal is to write at least 10k words over december, all in new articles.
How to Support Solaris
Knowing people out there like Solaris and want to see more means the world. The best way to show that you want more is to engage with the world. Every like, follow and comment is deeply appreciated. If you want to go the extra mile, we have got a Ko-Fi set up. Annie posts a bit about what's going on behind the scenes for Solaris, sharing her notes, preparation, and talking about how things get made.History of Solaris

Woah! I'm absolutely loving the CSS update! Everything is so clean and wonderfully laid out, it's hugely inspiring. And what a great 'about' article to debut it on, too :D
Thank you so much!
