The Hunter's Vial
The interior of this shop looks like the derelict semi-ruins of an old keep somewhere high in the mountains. The air within is cold, though braziers and hearths keep the spaces relatively comfortable while nearby. Small chambers within the old keep have various goods available for purchase, such as a small alchemical lab and an armory. A pair of large wolf statues sit on either side of the main entrance to the shop.
Rivius of Gertali (pro/nouns) is the proprietor of the shop. He is a human man with long white hair and deep yellow-orange eyes. A stoic man who speaks rarely, he watches all who enter his shop with a keen, discerning gaze.
Any bloodhunter who spends at least 400gp may temporarily learn to use one Crimson Rite that they don't already know, regardless of their level. The hunter may only use this rite once before they must return to learn it or another again.
