The Bard's Sack
The interior of this shop is a grand theater, though instead of seats there are tiers upon which various goods are displayed for sale. Some side spaces are available for renting out for personal activities as well.
Celeste Shimmermellow (she/her) is the proprietor of the shop. She is a tiny fairy, about 2 inches tall, with bright crystaline hummingbird wings wearing a shimmering dress made of sunlight and wishes.
Any bards who purchase at least 100gp worth of goods from her gain a special bardic inspiration that they can use once within the next 24hrs. This bardic inspiration die is a d20. A bard may only hold one such die at a time, and can only gain the special die once/week.
