The Artificer's Arsenal
The door to this shop is a heavy metal vault door. The walls and floor are covered in thick metal plates bolted into the surface and welded together. The air is thick, dry, and hot and smells of ozone and gunpowder. She is a dragonborn woman with deep silvery scales, and many of those scales on her right arm seem to be partially fused as if they had been melted together. She has a commanding presence and likely spent time working in the Martial armed forces.
Any artificer may spend 1,000gp to replace one known infusion with another infusion they could learn. An artificer may only do this once/level.
