Dawnguard inhabited Lisa Gherardini whom Leonardo da Vinci would eventually recognize as the woman whom he was commissioned paint. Leonardo had found Dawnguard hiding out as Lisa in Italy and found the idea of reincarnation intriguing at the least, Dawnguard found da Vinci just as interesting. The two would spend a great deal of time together before eventually parting ways.

    Freedom City Radio News Alert
    Political event

The announcer begins, and now we turn to police chief Knoll's addresses to the city at a Press Conference in the Freedom City Police Station. The broadcast begins with Chief Knoll already speaking in a near shout. "Once, what was not that long ago, this city was plagued. We were invaded and raped by the ruling hand of a menace far greater then we were ready to handle. No longer should THIS CITY be afraid to go out at night or at anytime. This 'super powered' menace must be dealt with!"   He pauses and then continues, "these, what the papers are now calling 'Super Heroes', bring only harm to all the citizens of this great city. Unlike myself, most of them can not replace what has been taken by these criminals. They cannot fix what they, these 'Super People' have destroyed, be they good or bad, as they fight in what are now ruins."   "With that in mind, it is time I took direct action in order to aid this city, to help the PEOPLE of the CITY!"   The crowd cheers in the background of the broadcast before he continues, "I have been granted power in my office and I will neglect it no longer! So far I have failed you but I will fail you no longer! These 'Super Villains' will not return to the limelight of Freedom City! I don't want them at bank robberies, crime scenes, not even a COLLISION! I have chosen to activate a task force to protect this city and it's PEOPLE!"   The crowd cheers once again before he screams, "THIS CITY WILL NO LONGER BE A SLAVE TO THE SUPER VILLAIN!" He briefly pauses and then states, "from this moment forward, I here by disband the Freedom Society and will arrest on sight for any future attempt at vigilantism!"   The broadcast fades to the cheering crowd. The announcer states matter-a-factly, "he's not good with words and made a few grammatical mistakes but there you have it folks. The Freedom Society is disbanded but is it his choice to disband the Society? We'll be back with more."
