New Genesis became dedicated to peace and goodness. Apokolips developed into a cruel, warlike culture. The name "Forth World" came about when these new members to the New Gods attained godhood and repeated the history of the Old Gods as theNew Gods of New Genesis and New Gods of Apokalips waged war against each other, causing the hostilities to remain to the Modern Era.

Nether Scrolls Discovered
Discovery, ScientificThe Nether Scrolls were discovered. These scrolls, two sets of them, were created by one of the creator races and anyone who read from them could learn incredible secrets dealing with magic, including crafting mythals. The Netherese used these scrolls to become supremely powerful beings. The Elves stole one set of scrolls in -3,095 DR and hid them in the Windsong Tower, the school of magic in Myth Drannor. One of the Gnomes stealing them glanced at the scrolls and learned powerful illusion magic, spreading this knowledge throughout Gnome kind. The first mythal was created in -3,014 DR. The scrolls would be stolen several times, changing hands over the years.

The castle was reduced to ruins and later in 1315 DR, Waterdeep and Baldur’s Gate would send armies and clear out the evil denizens, establishing a temple to Tempus.

CelestialOdin's own gathered with a Green Lantern and Than, the Last Titan of Urgrund to battle Darkseid. In a desperate attempt to sunder the rising New God of Apokalips, Asgardians fought alongside the English, Vikings, a contingent of the Amazonians, and the Elves of Álfheimr to invade Apokolips and kill the god. Sundering the parademons, the heroes found themselves on the losing end even with the arrival of Than's Black Order. Betrayed by a "dragon" sent with Than by the Champions of Destiny; the demon's army, whom served Neveh, changed the course of the battle and left the forces of good sundered.

Discovery, ScientificTimothy, a Firbolg from the cosmic Outlands was the first to step through a Stellar Gateway into Toril making him the first person to rediscover the Stellar Gateway system on Toril after it was forgotten with the death of the Deepwinter family of Waterdeep in Faerûn. Along for the journey was a cloned version of Kelaryn and her father Baern Stonehammer.

Keléstia's Unwitting Champion
ExpeditionOn Earth, a struggling scientist who'd already over shot his time traveling target by five years, attempted to modify his gear to a surprising result. Though originally intended to harness cosmic energy, the adjustment allowed the scientist to harness the energy of Keléstia and use that energy to open portals to the many worlds the energy was connected to including Abeir-Toril. Spending the day traveling between them, the scientist would inevitably run in to trouble on the planet Kèthîra and be forced to enter another type of portal entirely. Expecting to open up a door into a proper doorway, the scientist actually opened a door to The Spire in O’Kuultaele Vairtatiis; where upon he would remained trapped in the city below until his equipment was repaired.
