Osara is one of the two southern border cities of the Meisian Empire. Together with its sibling city Montis, they have protected the Empire from the Clans of Dracari for centuries. Osara is well known for its imposing stone walls and heavily fortified gates. The people of the city are fiercely loyal to the Meisian Empire and hold a deep grudge against the Clans of Dracari. They will fight and die to defend their home.       Tensions between Meisian and Dracari have been high, ever since the Everlasting Empire of the Dragon conquered southern Meisian, and oppressed the native people. While the Clans are not ascribing to the same morals, the Everlasting Empire did, they are still considered its successor, and the scars between the two countries are deep. Since the Everlasting Empire fell apart hundreds of years ago, people on both sides are working to overcome the divide between the peoples, but this is a very slow and difficult process. Only when Botron Arakesh, one of the most well-known sorcerers of the Clans of Dracari helped to protect Montis during a devastating attack by Dark Elves from the Silver Range in the year 753 MOR, real progress started to happen.   Osara is well known for its imposing stone walls and heavily fortified gates. The people of the city are fiercely loyal to the Meisian Empire and hold a deep grudge against the Clans of Dracari. They will fight and die to defend their homes. The city's economy is built around the production of weapons and armor, as well as the trade of rare and valuable minerals found within the The Silver Range.   Despite the constant threat of invasion, Osara is a major center for the production and distribution of weapons and armor, as well as other goods such as textiles and luxury items. In times of peace, Osara is a thriving metropolis, with bustling markets, grand temples, and beautiful parks. But in times of war, it becomes a bastion of strength.
