The city of ruins has been built by the The Everlasting Empire of the Dragon above Montis and contained their temples and administrative buildings. During the War of Fate it got completely destroyed and afterwards nobody bothered to rebuild this sign of opression. The local trading guilds and temples explored the ruins and scavanged everything of value. Today it's just known as the City of Ruins, and home to many homeless people, looking for shelter in the ruins.
