Oistinis is the capital city of the Meisian Empire. It sits at the Ferozabay and is often regarded as one of the first major settlements on the continent. Some even believe it to have been founded way back in the Dawnera.
Located at the Ferozabay, the city is home to a bustling port and a thriving trade industry. The streets of Oistinis are lined with elegant mansions and grand public buildings, reflecting the wealth and influence of it's noble families. While huge parts of the city have been destryoed during the War of Fate, the people of Oistinis take great pride in having rebuild everything true to its origins.
Oistinis is also home to some of the oldest temples of Teldora. The Temple of the Skies is regarded as the first temple dedicated to the Siblings of the Sky, Yana, Tria and Izral. Over the centuries, the faith of the people shifted away from the siblings, towards Mialdir, the God of Order and Law, and the protector of the Meisian Empire. While the Temple of the Skies is still an incredible sight to behold, today the House of Order is the most breathtaking structure within the city.
