Faerin Leyric's Tour of the Floating Isles
"When I was but a small wood elf, I grew up in a pretty tight knit village far from the capitol and city life. It was dreadfully boring, so one day I managed to convince my mother to let me go to mage's college. As I was making the journey to Nemekadi, I saw so many wonderful places. Traveling was so fun and I didn't want to stop. So I didn't." The introduction to the book.

About the Author
Faerin was a young wood elf who grew up in a small village in Aurora with his six siblings, where he did not experience much of the outside world and was rather sheltered. When he was 18 he left home for the first time to travel to the capital, Nemekadi, an experience he claims effected him so deeply he wanted to continue traveling and see the world. Based on his writings, Fearin was known to be a rather ditsy, naive young elf lost in his own world, but he was also ambitious and many points showed him taking risks just to finish his book, despite not being the strongest or most courageous elf.Global Announcment
