Seamoon

Seamoon is a hamlet located on the north-West tip on the Northern Isle, along Scuttle Bay - closest to Tedic.

The name comes from the coastal rockpools nearby. The natural rockpools are said to be enchanted by minerals in the sand, resulting in it becoming bright transparent blue and appearing to glow in the nights - considered by many that the waters in the Moon Pools have been blessed by Selune and The Twin Moons.
While the water does have curative properties when bathed in - it can only be drunken, but only in small doses as it will greatly hinder a person's ability to think and concentrate for 24 to 72 hours. The consumption of an excessive amount of waters has said to cause petrification over time. A few drops can be used to help heal cuts and as a result many healers will pay a good price for even a small quantity.

Seamoon does lots of trade with Tedric and the nearby underwater races. Also has a fishing culture. Stalls are often shell jewelry and containers decorated. It is a relaxed spot with great views. Much of the time the people are fishing, trading or socialising.

Only walled, timber cut to tall spikes, on the East side from those approaching by land - two tall guard towers watch over the only road.

Moonwaters Temple

A small Temple which jointly worships Selune and The Twin Moons. It is known as Moonwaters was built along a short track by the coastal rockpools - Moon Pools. The Moonwaters houses a number of Magical Items relating to the moon - most of which were gifted by Moon Elves leaving the area in dating back to when the rockpools were first discovered.
This temple is currently tended to by only five clerics - including their leaders, Bree Cattell, Soak and Eldron Rakos.
Bree Cattell - a busty Human with golden blonde hair and smiling brown eyes.
Soak - Water Genasi - broad with rippling muscles, deep aquamarine eyes and flowing teal hair
Eldron Rakos - Moon Elves male - pale skin, silver eyes and white long hair.

High Moons Teahouse

Teahouse
This is a brick single story building, with a pale pink tile roof, and a large koi pond in the sheltered courtyard, which has soft scented flowers growing around it - Moonflower (Ipomoea alba), Night-Blooming Cereus, Evening Primrose, and white, reflective blooms Gardenia. It contains antique cabinets filled with oddities found in the sea, and white-painted tables and chairs. Serves lovely freshly baked food, including scones with seaweed jam and cream.

The Hallowed Cave Tavern

Drinking Tavern and Inn

Enter via three flat slabs of rock that create steps - there is no door. A Tavern built inside a cave near the bay, without being in the tide line. Polished wooden bar. Heavy wooden tables and stools. Not as damp as looks and has a fire pit beneath a vent (releases smoke up and out).
FOOD = serves prawns (various seasoning), fries and scampi (a food that includes various culinary preparations of certain crustaceans, as well as shrimp or prawns).

The Rambling Rose Saloon

Saloon Owner = Tissle McSneck - mixed breed Tiefling/Tabaxi
Location: In a well-lit avenue near the double gates and guard towers. The street outside is a covered walkway with many twinkling lights, leading down to the bay. A rambling red and white rose grows on the North-side of the building - is like an western saloon (including piano, the whores and the swinging doors).
