This ward of Farr City is closest to the Golden Sand Beach.

The Guard Academy

Located against the West Wall is a high fenced guard training Academy. A pale grey stone with a black roof. The oldest building in the Waterside Ward, yet the most well kept.

Guard Hutt #3
Most districts of Farr City have two guard buildings - this one is opposite the academy. It is a solid pale blue stone building with stairs leading up to double doors with the guard emblem welded onto the metal. The cells are on the East side of the building with barred high windows only (see only feet going past).

The Mayor's Manor

The manor is beach front, three story elegant white home to the current mayor:-
SILVER FEATHER - Tabaxi - black and white fur. Has a silver mayoral chain.
Her family of her Tabaxi husband dark grey with a few white patches is "Rain" (Raindrops) and their pure dark grey son "Thunder" (Storm Thunder).
The Mayor's role is to speak with The Whispering Coast Clan Elders and be the voice of the Tabaxi to the rest of the people of Farr City - preserving the old ways.

Dockside Boat and Bed

Nautical theme B&B; Blue & White striped two storey building.

Owner is a Tabaxi-Elf who wears a Burgundy coat, named Allowca.
A bath in a separate room is able to be booked for an hour at a time.
* Front room upstairs is reserved for a regular quest Sen (Fairy male, Trickster Cleric)

DAILEY NEWS

Building: small, single level, mud-clad walls with wooden roof

A town crier is a person who makes public announcements in the city. They would ring a large bell, before shouting news and proclamations in the streets - especially important to those who are too busy to read the news or illiterate

Human female named Molly Daish, Skilled with fine stitching and lace work. She has smiling brown eyes and curl red hair is pulls back with a scarf of navy blue with gold stars on it.

The Glistening Feather

Fancy Hotel/Expensive Inn
The innkeeper is a slim, very tidy elf named Morell - who runs a 'tight ship' and respects any noble who stays.
They have been used a magic ring to spy on the non-noble travelers.
It has a sparkly white marble entrance - gets polished very morning. Everything inside and around it has to be exactly as Morell says. Everything has to gleam with cleanness and be precisely where suits the 'room flow'.
Staff
Petal: Female Halfling Professional, Neutral. Petal has an angular face, with auburn hair and narrow amber eyes. She wears well-made clothing with hair in looped plaited braids. Petal was raised by a cultist of Lolth; and is fighting within herself to find her own beliefs – yet habits are hard to break.

HOT BEAUTY

Health & Beauty Spa
A massage parlour and beauty store that sells soaps, mud masks and other products created from mud, sand, water and lava pieces sizzled by saltwater.
Owners are Tabaxi couple Iron Rust (Rust) and Lasso Rope (Lasso) - Lasso is in a wheelchair as she was born unable to walk. An almost identical store, except the counter height and the massage parlour attachment - in Farr it is low so clientele sit to be served, is in Luuva on Luuva Island owned by Rust's mother Sugar Cube (Sugar).
It was Sugar who had the idea and started the first store. When Rust decided to live with Lasso, she was not keen to live in Luuva, so they agreed to build the store in Farr. Sugar and Lasso barely see each other and Rust travels between then for products and accounts – that was until the eruption.
Tension is high in this store. [Massages are done by Lasso's niece = Dandelion Flower (Dandy).
