Spiral Peak

Spiral Peak is a dormant volcano, on the Northern Isle, that has been inactive for over 1,000 years.

It gained it's name from the spiral (screw-like) layers of the outer mountain. Most climbers complete the hike to the top in twelve to fourteen hours. While climbing to the crater rim is permitted and a pursue of locals (like those from the town of Castow), entry into the crater is considered very foolhardy.

Far underneath the mountain runs hot trails of lava, which helps heat the Kynym River.

Europia River = 2 hours travel.

Castow Township = 3 hours travel.
Stony township = 2.5 days (29 hours) travel.
