Asala
Asala is the southernmost continent of Armea, and is known for its bitter cold which kills travelers if the terrible monsters don't get to them first. Many legends have come out of Asala over the ages, with the truth often stranger than fiction. What few people natively inhabit this wasteland of chill are capable of enduring almost any hardship, though they don't often venture abroad.
Geography
As the southern continent of Armea, Asala's geography is oppressively frigid, with bleak ice often the only feature. Few real landmarks exist, many proving to be simple mirages seen only by exhausted explorers. The most famous, or infamous, landmark in Asala is The Mountain That Walks, which is revered by the native Asalans as a holy site second to none.
Fauna & Flora
Legends say anything that can survive in Asala could kill a man in moments. Most don't expect much to actually be able to survive in Asala, of course, but that does not stop the beasts that populate most of Asala's wilderness from doing so.
