Sanctoris

One of the most heavily guarded and magically-infused places in all Armea, Sanctoris is the capital of Keldan and rests amid the bones of the Green World Dragon.

Geography

Dominated by a central mountain range that covers the spine of the Green World Dragon, most of the island of Sanctoris is covered in fortresses to protect it from mundane travelers. Only those with access to the Dragon Gates of the Pact-Lands are tolerated entrance, with the actual capitol itself resting in the jaws of the World Dragon. The Sanctum of the Eldritch Council sits between the teeth of the dragon, with the rest of the city spreading out in concentric tiered circles from the jaw.
