Lagash-Zar
City of Heaven of Kavvak, located on the Plateau of Skulls in southwest Norstir. It is a place where those who wish to honor the slaying god with their trophies come to display them, and tell of their deeds. The city is built around groupings of mausoleums devoted to the conquests of different legendary figures, or to a type of foe that can be vanquished. Sages tend to the stories of the assembled trophies and think of lessons to be learned from how they were won, while bards gather here to take their pick of grandiose tales to spin into song.
