Hellspike

City of Heaven of Vespida, located along the Chained Coast in south-central Norstir. The city core is built spiraling around a monolithic dark stone that rises thousands of feet above the coastal flats. Jagged outcroppings along the "Hellspike" feature temples, while houses for the clergy and warriors of Vespida ring around it. A great wall protects this half of the city, with the only entrance being the harbor that connects to the eastern half of the city across a bay. Only the most devout followers, and their slaves, are allowed to make the crossing from east to west.

Government

The greatest temple of Vespida, found at the highest point, is known as the Scourge Throne, from which the god of obsessions once proclaimed her will.
