City of Heaven of Druk, located in the Eternal Plains of west-central Norstir. The city is a conglomeration of nomad camps that sees many visitors, who come to make a name for themselves.

Government

The Hall of the Broken is a single massive hall in the heart of the city where the strength of those who make bids for power is tested. It is full of remains, some of which date back to the Dawn Age, when Druk would sit upon his throne and laugh at those who struggled to become worthy of being his lieutenants.
