— Monologue of the Quest for the Power Stone

Prologue

The story starts with Casto Hiden.,a former legionary recruit who survived the Sack of Valone but now working as the established sculptor and a Stonecutter. Tons of stone bricks for building materials he craved into desired shaped, he always engraved his signature that on naked eyes it looks like a mess, but it's actually a unique language blindly passed onto his family. It's called the Hiden's Glyph.

The Sacked

One day at the Quarryman's Pub, Casto notices his glyph on the notice board, though he doesn't understand of its content at all. He asks for the installer which turned out to be Domar, the member of the rebellion later known as The Sacked. Domar tease him about its source, giving the time before the next meeting. Hesitating at first, he eventually joins in.

It turns out the text is excerpted from the mysterious scroll they found during one of their palace infiltrations, but nobody could read it. Once he translates it out to the rebel leader Valus, everyone immediately realize it's about a power stone, the legendary weapon of Luum. The only problem was that the scroll itelf is half-torn.

They investigate and find out that it may come from Knirk, the capital city of Kritus. Valus decide to form a expedition group, and Casto volunteers.

The Expeditionary Caravan

Valus gather more three bravaries: Odos, Legna, and surprisingly Domar. Casto get to know each other while packing; Odos is the merchant, Legna is the journalist, and Domar is the navigator.

As they walk out of the city gate disguised as the caravan, they become unawared of the journey they will never forget.

The Scroll of Two Metropolis

From here, they travel to various places across the South Estisia to find out the clue to the power stone.

One of them is the Haunting Road of the Naked Crosses - the road between Valone and Knirk where crosses of the previous rebels being cruxified were placed along the road, giving shivers to whoever passing. There, we discover from Domar the Valus' motivation as well as himself.

It took five days straight before arriving at Knirk. It is bigger than Valone but older, crowdier, and messier. The people here seem to act hostile toward Valonians causing by the emperor's corrupted agenda. Without the mouthful man like Odos, the inns would overcharge or refuse them to get rested.

They eventually found the other half inside the Great Library of Kriton. It has been showcased high in the middle of the main hall. The group managed to grab it out and study the whole text, but before they can go any further, the Krin officers come to arrest. Everyone escape the city except Domar, who doesn't make it.

The full transcript told the origin of Luum and the place where he unleashed power for the last time - that place is called Lumus.

A Path to the Holy City

To visit Lumus, passing through the Jungle of the Myst are inevitable. Harshy and mysterious as it sounds, the group have to find a new navigator. We don't know if they faced any obsecles along the way, and a feeling of being chased built up, but the group finally arrive at Duris, fully unscratched.

During these time, Casto become suspected about Legna's excitement and her jotting obsession. They start to know more of each other; Legna lost her father during the war, and then her mother in the latest uprising, making her the most suffered of four. The longer they stayed, the more both formed a crush.

Eventually Odos manages to hire the navigator, the same time the Krin arrived leading by Arvarus The Hunter. While the group are quickly packing themselves up, we learn about the Krin elites discussion revealing how weak the empire are, to the point they pursuit everything to restore their glory even through the corny myth. It also turned out that Domar was tortured and cruxified. The group escape in time before Krins start moving toward the jungle.

Arvarus' Introduction
We might see Domar being tortured by Arvarus at the Imperial Prison, but instead of telling about the rebellion, he tells them the text of the scroll, holding the Sacked's identity behind. His fate is totally unknown.

Jungle of the Mysts

Treking in the jungle is as cruel as fighting over lonely meadows; The hot and wet climate, the densiness of strange trees, the variety of fruits that only Durni knows if it's safe to eat. Sometime Casto and Odos have been aguring each other in the camp, whatever if the stone is acutally real and how much it can be sold. It even let to them beating up or nonsense competition that most of the time, lead to life-threatening jungle situations.

Nevertheless, they discover wonderous landmarks such as:
