"The Strange Stone form the Sky"

The Strange Stone form the Sky is a pre-Valus myth taking place in South Estisia. It's about a mythical stone coming from the sky, which gave owner the power of mass-destruction.

Not much know about its origin, but it doesn't mean there's nothing. Legna Gilmis discovered the origin in unusual way during her journey to Lumus, and decided to write it down on her diary.

Major Spoiler

Thousand years ago I believed, there was a mysterious meteor strike the shore near the local tribe. It contained the strange, glowing, purple crystal and be able to grow in the water. It's so precious that they brought it back to their village, where all worship it as a gift from god; They poured in water and pray to wipe all dangers.

However, the smartest people in the tribe, who afraid of its consequence, stole some of its shard and secretly studying it.

For years of recording the process and developing lots of inventions, they realized the true danger of it. All tried to warn those believers.

It's too late. The cluster was bigger then the biggest hut. The result was them being banished.

As if the god disagreed in this desicion, shortly afterward the group witnessed what they feared the most; The whole cluster shattered, wiping out the entire site. The moment the sky blinked in purple, the massive carter formed.

Though they felt guity, they didn't want to scrap all the knowledge they found. Luckily, they still have one of those shard.

However, the crystal was too sensitive in this world, burying wouldn't be a good idea as some fool might repeat this lame cycle.

As a result, they splited all the records into pieces and kept it away from the public, hoping no one

Other then her diary, there's no evidence on the site. The only thing they carried out with was the witness of wonder and loss.

The Jungle of the Myst in the northwest South Estisia is believed to be where, it beg wite the quwstion; Where?

Spread

Some of the survivors went away from the tribe. They tell their belief and the incident to everywhere they wandered, nobody believes it. In fact, the legend has spread across the South Estisia.

Variations & Mutation

New religions were formed based on it. Prophets might adapt and infuse it into their faith to make it somehow exaggerative such as mind-controlling, levitation, or point-to-instant-death.

One of them is Luumism, the biggest of its kind, which covered most of the myth into their teaching.

Cultural Reception

For this reason, its valuable become unevitable, and so the interest to acquire.

People are trying to find it consistently for many years however, and nobody has yet found the actual thing or the possible hidden location.
