Personal history
Casto was born in 52 BVE in the city of Valone, Kingdom of Valonia. At his young age, he wanted to be the general. He loved to portray as the legionary when playing with friends. Meanwhile, Casto had learned how to cut and engrave stone from his father; Sometime he was brought to the Quarry of Sarton to learn how to make the perfect stone slab. His father also taught him the family's forbidden language; It did not has a special name, but it was well-known as the Hiden's Glyph.
Employment
He enrolled in Royal Military Institute on 34 BVE, signed for the legionary in hope to persuit his general dream. Unfortunately, the company dissolved after the defeat of his home country in 30 BVE, before he even joined in the battlefield. So he came back to learn the family's profession.
As the sculptor, he had worked for various type of clients - usually the wealthy. From statue of goddess to mundane pillars, he had done it all. Even though the hatred from Krin cause his works to be demoted, they were still acceptable. What made him so unique was that every block of his works he always engraved a signature made of strange glyphs. He placed it wherever he pleased; Some of them were obvious, and some of them were hidden. Everyone knew that it represented his work, but nobody knew it was his way to preserve such language.
An Unexpected Journey
One day, the broker commissioned him a statue which required him to go to the location first for designation. When he arrived, all he saw was a bunch of people in the quiet room. The commissioner turned out to be Valus, the leader of the rebellion The Sacked. He showed him the mysterious torn scroll. It had been stored underneath the Grand Palace since the Valonia exist, but it somehow contained glyphs that was found on his signatures.
When he translated it, it turned out to be a text about the power stone, the magical stone that believed to give the power of destruction to the user. The only problem was that the scroll was missing, and there was an evident that it once belonged to the Empire of Kritus. Valus wanted him to travel to Knirk to find out more. He was a bit boring recently, so he agreed.
As a result, he gathered a party of four, which including Legna Gilmis, the journalist who wanted some interesting news for her company, who's also recorded various experience thoughtout the journey. He didn't seem to care much about writing stuffs; going to Knirk only took three days at most.
However, the truth about the scroll turned the journey from a week-long trip into a month-long expedition. Many threats along the way slowly took their lifes, and the journals she brought started to run low. In the end, only him and Legna survived, but the power stone was now in their own hand, even though they acquired it from Lumus - the opposite way of where they first went.
Later Life
Casto had fallen in love with Legna during the journey, and when Valone was liberated in 15 BVE, he married her. They had one children made out of their names, Hiden Gilmis. While she taught him writing and reading, he taught him sculpting as well as his inherited language. Like his wife, he always told about his journey experience.
Since it was a plan to lure him, Casto forgot about Valus' commission thing. However, the man later called him for an actual one. The result was The Victory by All of Us, a gigantic statue cerebrating the nation's victory, in which he called 'a magnum opus'. As to be percise and glorified, the progress was so slow it took most of his later life to do so. He died in 16 VE, a few months after its completion.
Accomplishments & Achievements
One of his best works are The Victory by All of Us, a gigantic statue dedicated to the national victory of Kingdom of Valonia against the Empire of Kritus, in which transfered the Valonians from the kingdom of the west, to the superpower of the South Estisia. It is currently standing in the main hall of the Grand Palace of Valone, and relocating it would be close to the impossible.

Family Ties
Casto didn't tell much about his ancestry. If his language origin was ture, his ancestry might be alive at least a thousand years ago, which they might not had many evidences left from that era up to present day - only the language remained.
