Lartcha
Much newer than other Nerrid settlements, Lartcha is the result of a proclamation made by the Small Council of Nerridon to create a gateway into the Alliance for tall folk. As a result, Larctcha doesn't have the stunning stone shaped architecture and illusory billboards of Nerridon nor does it have the assortment of experiemental naval craft and fishing implements one might find in Furnof. Instead, one finds simple brick and thatch homes and shops. Cobblers and hoopers. Blacksmiths and candlestick makers. Even the inns have rooms and tables designed specifically for tall folks.
Unfortuantely, the expirment did not work quite as intended. Nerrid being Nerrid could not simply live simply. Behind the scenes one can still find all of the inventive genius that is commonplace in Nerrid society, from buckets that churn butter with arcane power to clockwork whisks that do the same. It all, however, must be kept a secret, something that the citizens of Lartcha take very seriously. They will go to great lengths to hide thier inventiveness from visitors tall and short a like, even going so far as to deny something right before their very eyes.
Sadly, depsite all of their efforts, Lartcha has not turned into a true hub for trade between the Alliance and the outside world. Humans that do visit on the rare Eldorian or Gartchan galleon still feel confused and
