Balder's Blasting Emporium
Situated along the northern edge of Lartcha, conviently adjacent to the Feathered River where the town's volunteer fire department has permanently installed a pump and hose system, is Balder's Blasting Emporium. Founded by the made genius Balder Eriksonsonsonsonson, the shop is where Balder and his staff both mix the explosive Smoke Powder and craft the Arki-blasts and Thunder Tubes that use them.
It is here and only here that genuine auhtentic and licensed smoke powder weapons can be purchased. Those who purchase the weapons must sign a thirty-six scroll waiver, releasing the Emporium from all liability in the use of the weapons. In addition, the wiaver stipulates that the weapons are not to be resold, deconstructed, or re-enigeneered in any way. Whether the those that sign the scroll intend to follow its strictures or if they are in someway magically bound, it seems to have done its job. Balder's still has a monopoy on smoke powder weapons.
