Leveraging the same concepts as a Boom-Stick, the Nerridian designed Thunder Tube is a typically a six foot long cylinder cast out of iron and typically mounted on wheels. A large charge (half a horn) of Smoke Powder propels a twelve pound ball of iron through the air at a target, causing tremendous damage upon impact. Thunder Tubes are most often found in fixed emplacements, such as castles, on ships. Given their propensity to backfire, they are not commonly used in non-Nerrid fortifications and ships.
