Ailingsparing

Ailingsparing - A town with walls within walls it houses a fanatical cleric cult who worship the god of disease, rot, and rebirth. It houses people inflicted with madness and flesh eating diseases. Worshippers of Mankata follow a charismatic cult leader. Unfortunately the cult leader is a crafty demon posing as human. At this point the cult is recruiting new members by any means necessary.

Government

Ruled by a crazy cult leader.  There are several lieutenants and a police force.

Infrastructure

An old city that had fallen on hard times after a plague.  The villagers here are using old buildings and sewer systems.  They don’t upgrade anything due to their religion.
