Tanaheim

The world of Tanaheim is the campaign setting for the D&D adventure Liters of Tomorrow. A group of continents, archipelagos, and islands that span several centuries as a group of adventuring heroes travel between two time lines at the behest of a mysterious benefactor. A moon brushes up against a magical weave of time and space that showers down upon the land every few centuries creating shards of power. These shards become currency, magical items, and eventually even vehicles as the inhabitants learn of their properties.
