Vanguard Outpost

Inside many cities the Vanguard have a presence and the capital of Terios is no exception. The Vanguard here are often used to help the guards of the city and from time to time are send out to the surrounding areas to solve problems. The leader of the Terios section of the Vanguard also resides here and serves as the main diplomatic liaison with the government officials.
