The Sunken Town

The lowest part of the Psigest district is called the sunken town. During the earthquake this part was hit the hardest causes many building to be reduced to ruins. This part of the district constantly flooded and became more march like. Not many people venture in this part as it is said only dark things happen within the ruins. The water was never drained since no investors wanted to put any money on the line for future developments.
