A race of elves hailing from many mountainous regions across Eveynjar, the Syndiri are a collection of elvish tribes that share a natural affinity for stone magics. With the ability to carve magic into the rock like the Sub'drakken of old, the Syndiri are expert glyph-makers, making incredibly secure tribe lands that few can sneak into, let alone survive in.
Like their Sub'drakken ancestors, the Syndiri are incredible at using Stone Magics, using magic to mold stone, petrify targets, and even manipulate gravity. With this ability to mold stone incredibly efficiency, Syndiri are found unsurprisingly where you are able to find access to it the best: mountains. The Syndiri live primarily in mountainous regions, and use the mountains to get to the best form of stone for making incredibly strong tools out of, a mineral known as Bedrockium. So incredibly dense and unworkable, most peoples don't work with the material. Using magic, the Syndiri have found that they can magically mold Bedrockium into doing what they want, and other elves, humans, and beast folk can seldom carry or effectively use it. Combine this with Bedrockium's ability to fortify stone magics, the Syndiri often use the mineral with ruthless efficiency.
Due to their ability to dwell in mountains with no issue, Syndiri often live in tribes that are often isolated from the rest of Eveynjar. This isolation has lead the Syndiri to more unique customs, with each tribe generally only being in contact with other tribes in the same mountain range. A Raydosan Syndiri is going to have different goals and beliefs to that of a Syndiri from the Heightless Divide, though all have a Scottish or Celtic vibe, using similar symbols and style. What all Syndiri have in common is their connection to whale-trolls, often having a group of armored, tamed trolls they use for hunting and defending their lands. Some even use them as pack mules, as the whale-trolls are more adept at traversing mountains compared to other beasts, such as horses and oxen.
Despite being known as generally reclusive mountain folk, the Syndiri are known movers of history, with notable populations in Eastern Eveynjar aiding in the founding of the two elven nations, Yllithr and Fahliilenjar. Each nation would probably not exist if it weren't for the aid of the Stone Elves.
Yllithr's founding originates just after the end of the Raptoran Hordes, and it was the Stone Elves that drove out the Raptoran from the lands they called home. With the other elves in the regions surrounding their lands, known as the Olofir Rockwoods, the Syndiri Tribes forced the Raptoran away and secured the lands of Yllithr for elven rule. Having similar beliefs to the Alfudiri at the time, the Syndiri believed in Ilwe and joined arms with their brethren and formed the first theocracy to ever grace the lands of Eveynjar.
In Fahliilenjar, two notable Snydiri peoples exist: the Zabor Syndiri, who live in the Zaboris Mountains; the Huufe Syndiri, who live in the Huufe and Scorching Hot Mountains; and the Dryspire Syndiri, who live in the Fahliilen, New Vahlor, and Moonlit Isles. These three peoples, along with the other elven peoples, declared the lands as of the Fahliil, elf in New Draconic, and any who would attempt to invade would be forced out.
Syndiri names depend on the region they live in. In northern Eveynjar, Syndiri follow the naming conventions of the Gaelic Celts, the predecessors of modern Scotland and Ireland (though the Scotts are also descended from the Picts). However in Southern Eveynjar, the Syndiri follow the traditional elven names that the rest of Fahliilenjar use.

As a Syndai, you are accustomed to the Mountains, and know how to easily traverse them. You are not affected by altitudes of 2,000 ft or higher, and have a carrying capacity of a creature one size larger. You are proficient in the Orderic Primal Magic and know one Novice spell that uses Stone Magic.
Whenever you make an Knowledge (History) check related to the origin of stonework, you are considered proficient in the History skill and add double your proficiency bonus to the check, instead of its normal proficiency bonus.
As a Syndiri, any excess minerals in your diet go towards your skin, making your skin feel like smooth stone. You have moderately resistant to physical damage, but moderate vulnerability to force damage. You have a bonus to your AC equal to your Fortitude modifier.
Your Sub'drakken descent manifests itself into a gravitational bloodline ability. As an action once per Long Rest, you create a wave of gravitational energy that extends 15 ft away from you. All targets within must make a Fortitude Saving Throw (DC = 8 + your Wisdom modifier + your Orderic Primal Magic proficiency). On a fail, the target is affected by gravitational encumberment for 1 minute.
At 15th, 30th, 45th, and 60th levels, the radius for this ability increases by 5 ft.
At 25th level, this ability can be used a number of times per Long Rest equal to your Wisdom modifier.
