Explorer's Guild

"A simple tavern that had been renovated into the central hub of one of the most ambitious projects in Erin Nyx's life... The Explorer's Guild.
Now it's a bustling business with almost 30 members who are eager to venture into Mystara.
All new Explorers should read the "
Structure
The Explorer's Guild is structured like that of a 20th-century office. Erin has developed a system to keep track of adventurer's gear, talents, and capabilities. She even made it into an easy to read document that's linked to a central ledger book.
Culture
The culture of the Explorer's Guild is that of peace and neutrality. They prefer not to take sides, and will lend their services to any buyer, should it not affect their standing with other allies.
Public Agenda
The Explorer's Guild is dedicated to securing the future of Terris Burg.
Assets
The explorer's guild controls all assets in the realms through their embassy. Since the Curse of Ard'Vanwa affect any item going into Ard'Vanwa, the Guild does their best to ensure items stay in the realms they were created, else they will not be able to trade them with the local population for favour and political power.
An adventurer's gold and assets are calculated and converted to GP, and Exp. Adventurers may indicate trophy items to keep and will be flagged as such in the paperwork.
History
The Explorer's Guild was founded by Head Guild Manager Erin Nyx. Erin's experience working in modern offices that allowed her to set up a management system to run the exploration operations into the various realms.
