The lower levels is a vast maze of caverns. Construction into the caverns barely started before it became abandoned.
Now the hallways are filled with various creatures who have wandered inside and made this place their home.

Purpose / Function
It's unclear what the main idea was. Marevak's notes were unclear about most of these caverns except the Museum and the arena. Zelligar left explicit instruction to leave his Spider, Giant Black Widow and the Bats alone.
